What is Snagged Checkout?
Snagged Checkout is a managed automated checkout service for retail drops. Members save billing profiles, choose retailers and track checkout results in their dashboard. The Snagged team handles checkout operations; members do not need to run a retail bot on their own computer.
Does auto checkout guarantee an order?
No. Stock, retailer limits, account requirements and payment declines can affect the result. A successful checkout can still be cancelled by the retailer. Check the coverage and requirements for each drop before participating.
Do I need to run anything myself?
No. Checkouts run on our machines. Close the tab and nothing stops.
How are my card details stored?
Encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key held in the server environment, never in the database. After you save a profile the site only shows you the brand, expiry and last four digits.
What happens when a checkout fails?
It lands in your history tagged declined or failed, with whatever reason the retailer gave. Failures are as visible as wins, which is the only way to tune anything.
Can I get the feed in my own server?
Yes. Paste a Discord webhook URL into settings and every checkout gets forwarded, filtered by retailer or successes only.
Is there a limit on profiles?
The free trial includes 5 profiles. Premium includes 15, spread evenly across retailers. Enterprise includes 100, with no per-retailer cap. Every tier can import profiles in bulk from a file.
How does the profit cut actually get billed?
After a drop closes we price what landed, work out the margin on each order, and issue an invoice for our share. You see every line of the arithmetic. Pay it by card through Stripe, or settle it with us another way. If a retailer later cancels an order you already paid on, the difference comes back as credit on your next invoice.
